For so many years, I believed these were simply parts of who I was.
But over time, I came to understand that they weren't my identity, they were my coping strategies.
They were the ways I had learned to navigate pain, seek connection, and feel safe in a world that often felt overwhelming.
This episode is an honest reflection on what happens when we stop trying to become someone new and instead begin releasing the layers that were never truly us.
Because healing isn't about becoming more.
