By booking and participating in any of the services or retreats provided by IM A SOUL QUEEN, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These policies are designed to support your healing journey and ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone involved.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Healing Services: Reiki & Sound Healing, Energy Readings, & Holistic Healing Sessions

• Non-Refundable Payments:
  All payments for individual sessions (Reiki, Sound Healing, Energy Readings, and Holistic Healing) are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is a commitment to the scheduled appointment.

• Rescheduling:
  If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session to another date and time that works for you. However, please note that if you fail to reschedule within 24 hours of the original appointment time, the session will be forfeited, and the payment will not be refunded.

• No Show & Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled session, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund or rescheduling will
be offered.

2. Retreats & Events

• Final Commitment:
  All payments made for retreats and events hosted by IM A SOUL QUEEN are considered a final commitment to your long-term healing journey. However, I understand that life may present obstacles that could prevent your attendance. Please read the cancellation policy below for further details.

• Cancellations & Refunds:
  If you are unable to attend the retreat, please notify me via email at hello@imasoulqueen.com no later than 60 days before the retreat. Refunds will be handled as follows:Cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat: Participants will receive a refund of the funds paid minus the non-refundable deposit.
  Cancellations less than 60 days before the retreat: No refunds will be issued, but a credit for a future retreat will be available.
  Please note: A non-refundable fee of $399 will be deducted from the refunded amount if you cancel at any time.

• Transfer of Ownership:
  If you are unable to attend the retreat and wish to transfer your registration to another person, you may do so. Please provide written notice at least 7 days before the retreat to facilitate this transfer.
• Minimum Numbers

• Cancellation by the Host:
  In the event that the retreat is canceled by the organiser for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. You will be notified as early as possible if a cancellation occurs.

• Force Majeure (Unexpected Events): I will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, health crises, or other circumstances beyond our control. If such an event occurs, we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternatives.

• Capacity Requirements

For all retreats and events hosted by IM A SOUL QUEEN, a minimum of 3 attendees is required for the event to go ahead as scheduled. If the
minimum number of attendees is not met, and you have a booking, you will be offered the following options:

1. A full refund of the amount paid.

2. The option to reschedule to a future date or an alternative event.

The maximum capacity for any group retreat hosted by 1 Retreat host is 9 guests to ensure a personalised and intimate experience for all participants.

• Accessibility & Special Needs

If you have any special dietary requirements, physical restrictions, or other health concerns, please notify me prior to the
retreat. I will make every effort to accommodate your needs and ensure that you are supported during the experience. Please note that their
are steps at the Retreat Venue, along with gravel.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Photography During Retreats and Events

During retreats and events, IM A SOUL QUEEN may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. By attending, you consent to having your image or likeness captured in photos or videos.

Consent to Use
By attending the retreat or event, you agree that any photographs, videos, or testimonials you are featured in may be used by IM A SOUL QUEEN for marketing and promotional purposes. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know before the retreat or event, and I will make every effort to respect your privacy.

Photography by Participants
While you are welcome to take photographs or videos for personal use, please be mindful of others’ privacy. It is important that no one is made uncomfortable by being included in your photos. If you wish to take photos of other participants, please ask for their permission first.

Opt-Out Option
If you do not wish to have your image used for any promotional materials, you may opt out by notifying IM A SOUL QUEEN in writing before or during the retreat/event. You will be respected in your wishes, and every effort will be made to avoid using your likeness.

Website Photography
All photographs used on the IM A SOUL QUEEN website have been taken with the explicit consent of the clients featured. These images are used for promotional purposes only and are not to be shared, reproduced, or used elsewhere without prior permission from the clients and IM A SOUL QUEEN.

CODE OF CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS:

At IM A SOUL QUEEN, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all individuals who choose to embark on their healing journey. By participating in our services, retreats, and events, you agree to follow the guidelines below to ensure that everyone feels honoured and safe.

Respect for Self and Others
We honor the uniqueness of each individual. All participants are asked to approach themselves and others with kindness, compassion, and respect. Be mindful of personal space, language, and actions to create a nurturing environment for everyone.

Confidentiality & Trust
What is shared within our space stays within our space. Trust is foundational to the healing process, and we ask that you respect the privacy of others. Personal stories, experiences, or emotions shared by participants should never be disclosed outside of the group without explicit permission.

No Judgment Zone
We believe in embracing authenticity in all forms. This is a judgment-free space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are, without fear of criticism or negativity. Together, we create an environment of acceptance, understanding, and growth.

Personal Responsibility
You are the guardian of your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being throughout your journey. While I will guide and support you, the healing process requires your active engagement and willingness to open up to your personal growth. You have the power to shape your own healing.

Substance-Free Space
To ensure a focused and authentic healing environment, IM A SOUL QUEEN asks that you maintain a substance-free zone during all retreats and events. This includes alcohol, drugs, and other intoxicants.

Respect for Our Shared Space
Please treat the retreat space and any shared facilities with care and respect. We ask that you leave the space as you found it, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that all provided materials are handled with mindfulness and respect.

Disruptive or Negative Behaviour
My commitment is to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. If any participant’s behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or causes harm to others, IM A SOUL QUEEN reserves the right to ask them to leave the event or retreat. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.
