Held on the most picturesque property located in Trentham, Victoria- just 75 minutes from Melbourne CBD, you will immediately feel as though you have stepped into another world removed from all distractions.

It is situated on 3 acres of lush gardens filled with beautiful flora and fauna and the softest grass you have ever felt under your toes.

The garden provides rosemary and lavender which you can add to your relaxing bath to cleanse and soothe you at the end of the day.

It features a beautiful garden studio which is separate from the house and what will become the Healing Studio over the 3 days, you can come back into this space at any time when it is not being used for group activities or you can choose to walk the gardens, sit and connect to the earth or stand under the 'hugging' tree.

There is so much to love about this property and it is the perfect location and venue to support us throughout this transformational journey.

Hi, I’m Carla—a Reiki Master, Vocal Sound Therapist, and Self-Expression Coach dedicated to empowering emotionally exhausted women who feel lost and disconnected.

My mission is to guide you on a transformative journey of self-discovery, helping you reconnect with your raw and empowered self.

I understand the journey you’re on because I have been there too. I know firsthand what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself, not being heard or understood and constantly seeking validation externally through people pleasing and pretending to be something or someone that just doesn’t align with your soul’s truth.

Together, we’ll break down the self-sabotaging beliefs that hold you back, creating a safe space for you to explore your emotions and express your raw, real and wild self.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please note that All payments made to IM A SOUL QUEEN are considered a final commitment to your long term healing journey, however I understand that sometimes life will present obstacles that may prevent you from attending the Retreat.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Please read the cancellation policy below for further details.

Cancellations & Refunds: If you are unable to attend the retreat, please notify me via email at hello@imasoulqueen.com no later than 30 days before the retreat. Refunds will be handled as follows:
Cancellations 30 days or more before the retreat: No refunds will be issued, but a credit for a future retreat will be available.
Cancellations 60 days or less before the retreat: Participants will receive a refund of the funds paid minus the non-refundable fee of $499.

Transfer of Ownership: If you are unable to attend the retreat and wish to transfer your registration to another person, you may do so.
Please provide written notice at least 14 days before the retreat to facilitate this transfer.

Cancellation by the Host: In the event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
You will be notified as early as possible if a cancellation occurs.

Force Majeure (Unexpected Events): Unfortuantely delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, health crises, or other circumstances are beyond our control. If such an event occurs, we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternatives.

Capacity Requirements

For all retreats and events hosted by IM A SOUL QUEEN, a minimum of 3 attendees is required for the event to go ahead as scheduled. If the minimum number of attendees is not met, and you have a booking, you will be offered the following options:

1. A full refund of the amount paid.

2. The option to reschedule to a future date or an alternative event.

The maximum capacity for any group retreat hosted by 1 Retreat host is 9 guests to ensure a personalised and intimate experience for all participants.
