and experiences you've kept buried or suppressed. The shadows (those parts of us that we've

been taught to hide or ignore) hold vital information about our true selves, our pain, and our

potential for healing.

power.

Through vocal expression, you will transmute suppressed emotions into healing energy, releasing old blockages, and restoring balance within your emotional body and energetic field.
