I came across Carla’s Soul Discovery Retreat as I was looking on Facebook. It caught my eye because at that time I was dealing with things that I felt was out of my control. I was lost, hurt, unsure of anything in my life and I needed help!

Carla is such an amazing, peaceful lady who I felt comfortable to open up to, let my anger out, cry, be myself and know I’m not being judged. Reiki and Meditation was pretty new to me. I didn’t know how I would be or what to expect but I went with it and it was an incredible experience.

Carla was so gracious and gentle as she held my metaphorical hand down into my depths.
